Shop Savvy! Your Guide to Trusted Partners and Avoiding Knockoffs

We’ve been informed that some websites are scamming our customers by misrepresenting association with our brand.

Above: A screenshot of “Light Couture”, a website illegally using our likeness, images, similar brand name, and endorsement to sell fake products.

It has come to our attention that our images and likeness of our founder (Chelsea Klukas) are being used for websites that mislead customers.

Since invention in early April, the LED Matrix Mask has gained international attention. With that attention, comes the inevitable copycats. The product is patent pending, and the misappropriation and misuse of copyrighted IP is illegal. We pursue this to the full extend of the law, however this can be a lengthy process.

Although the prices on these websites may be lower, we have heard that the products are lower quality or often entirely different from described. We unfortunately can not take responsibility for any returns or refunds on products not sold through us or our partners.

We’ve heard through frustrated customers and reviews that some of these websites intentionally confuse our customers into thinking they are our brand, including similar names, images and content copied directly from our website. They will often use similar search terms, so when you search for us you are redirected to their websites. We are disappointed that our customers are being deceived in this way and are doing what we can to prevent this.

We value original creators and pay top rates to hire photographers and models to take images of our products. When those images are stolen without our permission, it is hurtful to us and our talented creators. Stealing creative content not only hurts our business, but the models, stylists, and photographers who make a living through creating original content.

If you see a website using images and videos that is not one of our registered partners below, please report it to us at support @
