What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn/unused products within 7 days of delivery. We also offer a 60-day tech guarantee: if anything goes wrong with the tech within 60 days, we will offer a full refund or replacement on return of the product.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer free US shipping on orders over $120 USD. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International customers can BYOB (bring your own battery) with any standard USB power bank to save on shipping weight.
How long does the battery last?
Our garments use a rechargeable USB battery pack (the same kind you use to charge your phone). With our included battery, charge lasts 1-2 hours. You can extend to 4+ hours with a larger power bank.
How do I wash/clean the garments?
Cleaning instructions vary by product. Most garments include a removable washable lining. The exterior should be spot-cleaned only. Never fully immerse garments in water. See our Owner's Guide for product-specific care instructions.
Can I customize the light patterns?
All garments come pre-loaded with 30+ presets including twinkling, cascade, pulse, and waterfall effects, controlled via included remote. For DIY enthusiasts, our garments are also compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and most Adafruit controllers.
Where are you located?
We are a small, independent studio based in Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA. We ship directly from our studio. Originally founded in Canada, we moved to Seattle to be closer to the tech community.
